What P0141 Means
Same fault as P0135, but on the downstream oxygen sensor (Sensor 2, located after the catalytic converter) instead of the upstream one.
Common Causes
- Failed heater element in the downstream oxygen sensor
- Damaged or corroded wiring/connector
- Blown fuse for that sensor's heater circuit

- Usually no immediate drivability symptoms
