NOTARIZED SALE CONTRACT FOR VEHICLE TRANSFER

3. SALE PRICE AND PAYMENT

4. CONDITION OF VEHICLE AND 'AS IS' SALE

The Buyer acknowledges that they have thoroughly inspected the Vehicle, including its mechanical condition, bodywork, and all components, to their satisfaction. The Buyer accepts the Vehicle in its current condition, 'as is' and 'where is', with all faults and without any warranty, express or implied, from the Seller, except as may be expressly stated herein. 7. RISK OF LOSS

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rwanda for resolution.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
