4. DECLARATION OF OWNERSHIP AND TITLE

The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the Vehicle, that the Vehicle is free from all liens, encumbrances, and any third-party claims, and that they have the full right and authority to sell the Vehicle. 5. CONDITION OF VEHICLE - "AS IS"
